Return & Exchange Policy


At Heritage Watch, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the terms below:
Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and manuals intact.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
  • Limited edition and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds, Store Credits & Exchanges

  • Eligible returns may be refunded in full, exchanged for another item, or issued as store credit.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

Warranty

  • All branded watches are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty vary by brand. Please refer to the warranty card included with your product.
