Return & Exchange Policy
At Heritage Watch, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the terms below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and manuals intact.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
- Limited edition and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds, Store Credits & Exchanges
- Eligible returns may be refunded in full, exchanged for another item, or issued as store credit.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
Warranty
- All branded watches are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty vary by brand. Please refer to the warranty card included with your product.
